She has. This is how so far she has been able to cover the trip to Aus for both of us and the 1000's of legal fees.
And she doesn't save too much on taxes having me (a financial controller) for a mother.

Just to further say, ultimately it's a case of one person's story vs. another's, and I don't think it's the mods' job to dig through the claims to try and verify the truth. The father can't give their side of the story so not sure what benefit of letting the thread continue would be; people have raised their concerns.
