Fair enough.

Regarding the inspection, was the lack of strapping never identified?

I thought you did pretty well on the news. pretty crappy service and response by Truman homes though. I know I'll be weary of buying Truman.

I thought you did pretty well too, and I don't think they held back on Truman at all. They mentioned them in the lead in, showed the logo, even showed a non-responsive, first-year-marketing-student type of answer to their question about the ANHW info they provided you, which is obviously misleading.

I thought it was really good. You sounded good and I laughed when you talked about them wondering if you stood in the sink.

Mentioned Truman Homes a few times too to put some pressure on them, which there should be. 15 months old, that sink shouldn't be moving at all. Good luck with everything.

That link is a different, better version than what I saw earlier. The prior version was even softer on Truman Homes.

I thought it was a good clip polak. Hopefully that puts some pressure on someone.

Also chuckled at "How do I know you didn't stand in your sink?. "Well, it's a sink"

Ya, that video was quite a bit different than what was on TV, and harder on Truman.

I think the most important thing here is that they got a really good shot of your sock pressing into the cork flooring.

That sock. It really drove this whole thing home for me.

Saw your web video. We all know you stood in the sink dancing to that crazy EDM you make.

Dude, you shouldn't scrub your frying pans with a sponge. Damp rag man. Rookie mistake.

That's so awesome you got the exposure. Truman totally called your bluff and now thousands of people are aware.

Funny part is that based on their website, that is the VP (also the presidents son) who responded haha

You should go to a Truman show home and dance in the sink.

Dancing in the Sink is traditional in many cultures. Who are we to judge?
Remember the Bracko Brothers Furniture? "We Stand on Quality" and it shows two grown men standing on upside down chairs.
When I start my homebuilding company, I am going to offer a "sink standing guarantee".

The bathroom sink collapsing while polak is doing the dishes would have been some kind of awesome.

I don't want to be a Debbie Downer but I feel this social media blitz is unwarranted for the relatively minimal non-warranty damage that occurred. It sucks but you are SOL by the letter of the law. To maintain PR, most other bottom line focused companies would have caved after the social media campaign, but I don't think you are entitled to it by any means. As a homeowner stuff breaks down and that's on you to fix it (or pay someone else to). It sucks but such is life, I had to throw a flat screen in the dumpster a few years back because it pooched itself a couple months past the warranty. I could have probably squawked and got a replacement but the warranty was up so fair's fair.
