Liam Neeson was equally as disappointed.

One meaning of take is "make, undertake, or perform", as in "take a breath" or "take a break". So, yes, take a crap (in reference to defecating) does make sense grammatically.

Pretty sure nobody gives a F about Kim, and everyone just wants to know if Cecil's account was hacked. So odd for him to argue about something ridiculous.

Wait, I do have a question about Kanye. He's actually broke? For real? Isn't he one of the top selling artists of a few years ago? Did he go to the NBA money management school?

I just figured if there was ever a time to argue about the semantics of the whole could care less versus couldn't care less debate this thread would be it because I give so little ####s about Kim Kardashian.
I find any discussion about Kim Kardashian about as painful as I do constant reminders of all people using the phrase "incorrectly".

I hope no one took it too seriously though. It was just a random gear grinder type derail.

Cecil, if there was ever a time and a place, this is definitely it.
You're still wrong, though. |

I think "could care less" might be irony. Couldn't care less more literal.

It's Kanye's turn now. Wonder what he'll come up with.

How is "could care less" irony. I care a non-zero amount (I mean, I clicked on the thread) so I could care less.

I could care less literally means you care at least a little bit. So when said ironically the literal meaning is the exact opposite of the intended irony. Like "Pffft I could care less". The typical example is "way to go, genius". Doesn't mean you're a genius but rather an idiot.

And clearly there's no definition in between or you've just disproved the continuum hypothesis.

Sorry, it was a nerdy throwaway comment based on your use of the words countable and uncountable. I won't explain further or this post will get to cringe-levels of nerdiness.

To me this was the most disappointing part of the grammar debate. It caused any Taken references to wait until 75 posts in.
