Did Chia just keep Hamilton off the initial roster because he didn't want to name 3 Flames? There's no logical way he doesn't make the team.

I don't think it's a slam dunk he has a better career than Hamilton. I think he's a good defenseman but he hasn't separated himself like Ekblad has.
