I am not clear on what you are saying here.

If you have any sense of how society works (i.e. doesn't work) then you will be capable of theorizing what happened. None of us know what happened with the Patrick Kane situation, but I'm betting the cases are similar with regards to the males' judgement, the females' judgement, and the "celebrity" factor coming into play.

Is it fair to either party to make up your mind without any information? No.

I appreciate we have different attitudes, but disgusting might not be an accurate word to use here ... just doesn't really fit. That said, I find your view extremely naive.

My, admittedly jaded, view is based upon the countless females who have become involved with athletes and then sure enough cry foul. None of us know E. Kane, but we tend to have a d-bag view of him from how he carries himself; however, I'm sure the guy has no problem picking up chicks.

Nope, it's either of those, and Kane doesn't like hiding in bushes, cash moneys might fall from his pockets, so we know that one is not true. Golddigger is obviously the only other option.

I'm not sure how I came across, as I was rushing. Like everyone of us, I know nothing of evidence in this case and I certainly hope that nobody was raped ... and I also, somehow, hope that nobody (even d-bag Kane) was falsely accused.

Based on seemingly more of these events occurring (athletes allegedly raping), and the "facts" that come out surrounding the particular cases, I'd bet money that E. Kane is not found guilty of rape in a court of law. I could be totally wrong, and again I know NOTHING of this case, but if I were to predict an outcome it would be Kane settling out of court.

And if you have any sense on unreported cases of rape then you'll be capable of understanding that labeling someone as a gold digger before you even know about evidence one way or the other is a huge reason why many rape cases don't get reported.

Evander Kane took 60 children to dinner and to an arcade in November, and this month he treated 50 kids from the club to dinner and a $10,000 Christmas shopping spree at Target.

I'm sure some will question how genuine this all was but at least he was trying to do some good.
