Colborne to D - No
Remember when we put Jim Vandermeer and Steve Staios as a Fwd? That's just as bad too. I think D should stay at D and Fwd stays at Fwd. Case closed.

Pat Steinberg @Fan960Steinberg
Drew Shore will become waiver eligible once he plays in 2 more NHL games. Was previously speculated it was 1 more NHL game.
Pat Steinberg @Fan960Steinberg
Shore could play in 1 NHL more game without becoming waiver eligible. Don't know if it'll come into play, but wanted to clarify.

I'm wondering if Bolig might find himself on waivers soon.

Really? I find he adds nothing thought-inducing to the conversation. I'm not really sure why anyone would care about his opinion, to be honest. To each their own.

I disagree, Brent Burns made a great winger when they switched him.

I'm with you, a grating annoying entitled attitude. He complains about everything and is generally unprofessional. I'd rather just listen to Steinberg talk to himself.

Thanks
Stephane Yelle played 991 NHL games. Closest comparable I can think of.

Bouma is in his 2nd full NHL season and is 24 years old. Unless we are planning on an Oileresque rebuild he should be still a valuable bottom six forward when the Flames come together.

Actually he was switched from W to D right after Minnie drafted him.
He is an anomoly - going from D to W is IMO a lot easier than vice versa. Wingers can play a straight line game, bang in the corner and feed/shoot to the middle. D positioning is so much harder.

Dear lord no. Steinberg's circular monologues are basically waterboarding.

Maybe Gratts should try D down in Addy and resurrect his career as a Regehr-type net clearing D presence.

I like Warrener in the am. You all do realize that the attitude thing is an act, right? That he's the comic relief? The thing I find funny is that he is the least knowledgeable on current hockey events - he's basically just like a fan perspective on a lot of things.
