Anybody else, pick someone at random, unlikely they'll be worse. Gelinas would be better at this point.

I'm a right handed shot, and I'm not exactly a small guy. They should sign me to a one year deal and give me powerplay time. Unlikely I'd be any worse than Setoguchi.

Let this be a lesson for the GM. Don't sign other teams cast offs... Bolig and Guch. Treliving must be losing sleep at night over these two ..

I doubt Treliving is losing any sleep these days.
But Hiller and Raymond were castoffs of a sort as well.

I know your maybe joking but, even without knowing you I can guarantee you would be 200-2000% worse than any guy who scored 20+ in this league, even if every single goal bounced of his arse.
These guys make it look easy...chances are Mcgrattan would light up your (and my) beer league like a Christmas tree.

Gratts was just under a PPG in junior one year.
I've played with guys who played major junior 30 years ago and never made the NHL, and others coach my kids. Even they are great skaters who would be stars on any beer league team.

Baertschi and Granlund have now been getting short looks, and these are likely to see this increase incrementally but consistently for as long as they establish themselves on the team. Ferland needs to play a few games first.

My comment wasn't referring to the power play lines, I was referring to the starting line-up. Ferland, if ready, should be playing over Setoguchi. I agree he needs to earn his PP time. In the mean-time they can put Granlund or Jooris on the PP instead of Setoguchi.

We're really missing Colborne to fill that role. Big man with good hands.

If Colborne was healthy he'd be in front of Jones for the regular spot.

they continue to skate on their own before the main group. Hartley said last week that Backlund, Stajan, Raymond and Colborne are not close to returning
Wills speculates Colborne has suffered a setback as he traveled with the team on the last road trip and was thought to be close to returning
