I know a lot around here prefer the Back to the Future version, but I am more of a classics guy:

Now we just gotta get everyone on board to be patient with the kid, and not put pressure of having immediate success on the shoulders of Gaudreau.

Now we just need to be patient.

Look at Gustav Nyquist. He is 24 years old now and spent parts of 3 seasons in the AHL after college, we need to have that same patience with Gaudreau because their will be some growing pains as he adjusts to the next level.

After watching last nights game, there is going to be a bunch of growing pains. The overall team game and positioning in college was surprising poor.
