What makes you think that?

They currently hold it in and have games in hand on both teams behind them.

Their remaining schedule?

Islanders
Coyotes
Stars
Lightning
Panthers.

If they blow this it would take a Leaf-like collapse.

Zubrus scores an empty net goal, 3-1 Devils final. The Devils will be ahead of the Leafs because they have more regulation overtime wins!

Well, the only likely wins are the Islanders and Panthers. Coyotes, Stars and Lightning are all playoff teams.

Chances are they will win it since the Leafs would have to win all their remaining games on the road.

I would love it but I dont see it at all possible

our big piece to move is Kesler and he wont waive to go there, I doubt Edler waives to go there

maybe something around Horvat + other prospects but I imagine Winnipeg gets better offers elsewhere

Love hearing Wings fans complain about refereeing. Bet they thought the calls were just dandy in all those games where the Flames got screwed at the Joe.

How about Horvat + their 1st this year?

(Kane would be a monster playing with the Sedins)

If Kane goes on the market he would create an enormous return. More than Kesler in my opinion, because Kesler will limit the teams he'll trade to.

Kane would be ok with anywhere I suspect.
