Seriously though, of course we wouldn't abuse a three-month old baby to amuse the crowd. They simply don't crawl fast enough to make the roping event challenging!

No kidding. A Calgarian complaining about harm reduction in Vancouver is quite possibly dumber than Vancouverites complaining about the Stampede.
