Or Branch Manager in a smaller volume location if it is a multi-location company.
Put in 2-3 years in the smaller location to learn the staff management aspect, and if they are successful, then they should move on to a larger location.
Seems to be the natural progression in our organization (Credit Union) for career minded folk.
