Incredible
Wow. So Lebron and Wade must have hit about 47 points each, then.

Finished 112-57 LAK...outscored by almost double.

Lebron tweeted during the game:

Quote:
"Crazy. Karma is a b****.. Gets you every time. Its not good to wish bad on anybody. God sees everything!"
After watching the owner turn into a 14 year old girl who just got dumped I'm glad this is happening to that team.

No kidding. This guy's a complete moron.

If he has any PR people at all, they should just take away his internet.

Now James says the tweet wasn't about the Cavs, and that it wasn't even from him.

Actually his full argument was that it wasn't from him andddddd it had nothing to do with the Cavs. Classic Lebron....

While everyone's on the topic of LeBron... To everyone who dislikes the guy, I just wanted to ask why?

He finished his contract and chose to leave because the GM in Cleveland brought in zero actual talent to surround LeBron. This can now be seen with the Cavaliers (best record in the regular season last year) in dead last.

In my opinion, most athletes want to win and LeBron did what was in his best interests.

On the other hand, you have Kobe, who is widely considered the best competitor in the game right now. However, people are very quick to forget that he refused to play for the Charlotte Hornets, who drafted him 13th overall and were forced to trade him. Are you kidding me? A kid out of high school, who isn't even a top 10 pick is demanding a trade before playing a game?

Another very quickly forgotten demand from the "Black Mamba" was his trade demand. The Lakers had been out of the playoffs twice in the first round and Bryant wanted out. He stayed because of the trade that landed Pau Gasol.

Quote:
"I would like to be traded, yeah. Tough as it is to come to that conclusion there's no other alternative, you know?"
I think it's a lot worse asking for a trade in the middle of your contracts instead of playing out the entire contract and then making the move. LeBron gave Cleveland every season they signed him for, without any trade demands.

If Jarome went elsewhere at the end of his contract, would you be mad at him and burn his jersey? I wouldn't because we weren't able to surround him with a championship team, he should be able to chase the cup with a contender. Why should LeBron have some sort of debt to Cleveland? People think he's a backstabber for chasing a championship?

This seems irrelevant and 4 months late, due to people just talking about his tweet re: the Cavs and how it lacked intelligence among many other things.

Yes Kobe is considered one of the best competitors in the league, which has a lot to do with the fact that the guy has won 5 NBA Championships. But this is not the media darling or the everyman's player you make him out to be. Although he has quite a following, up this year Kobe Bryant was without question one of the top 3 most hated NBA players in this league. The media and fans were quick to jump on his back when he requested a trade, among all of his other P.R mistakes. Your storytelling is off to as Kobe did make it clear he still wanted to stay in LA after that Stephen A Smith interview when he said he wanted to leave the Lakers, well before Gasol was a laker.

Also your writing this to die-hard Cav fans when you say "would you burn Iginla's jersey?" and putting anyone that might dislike Lebron into a bubble for reason they might have.

For the most part the people your referencing in your post are all Cavs fans and not the general sports public. Most people would've had no problem with Lebron going to another team, and it would've been a small issue had he not demanded the attention he did especially with "The Decision" and having to sit through the antics of all 3 of those guys through social networking, interviews among many other things.

But Lebron was already building up steam for being disliked when he wore his MVP shirt the same day the same day the Lakers had their parade, his performance against the Celtics last season leading into this offseason.

I don't like Kobe either....but at least he didn't have an hour long special that may as well have been titled "Look, I'm about to crap all over my hometown and go elsewhere." Pretty sure Iginla has more class than to do that as well.

No one would have cared if he had signed a deal with Miami and held a nice normal press conference instead of his "LOOK AT ME!!!!" TV special.

You forgot the "This is really hard" that he said right before. The whole Lebron-athon fiasco from the summer is enough to dislike the guy.

Cleveland fans and the owner certainly acted a lot worse than Lebron through the whole FA sage this summer.

I didn't like him much before this so am not a huge fan of his now but the BS that he gets this year is really over the top.

The fact that Kobe Bryant who has done nothing but act like an ass his whole career and raped a chick is seen in a better light than Lebron says a lot about how petty people are.

Lebron did nothing wrong and it is good to see him not backing down to a bunch of whining, losers.

Enjoy your loser team Cleveland as it is unlikely that any top guy is going to want to go there after the way the owner acted.

I think most people in Cleveland were just mad that Lebron did not state his intentions that he wanted to leave. He played it off all summer like there was a good chance that he was going back to Cleveland, said things that made it look like he might go back there, and then held an hour long tv special saying he was going to Miami.

Had Lebron not been so egotistical in the process, stated early on in FA that he wanted to leave Cleveland, and if him, Bosh, and Wade came out right away and stated that they just wanted to play together in Miami a lot of people would probably wouldn't have spit the venom that they did in Lebron's direction.

I will agree that Clevelands owner and fans acted like idiots after the decision, good luck trying to lure any players to want to play for the Cavs after that debacle.

It was a situation that was handled really poorly by both parties, although I do enjoy that Lebron is playing the Villian card now and living in the glory of his decision.
