I love CJ but I would like some better depth at WR. I also really like Charles in KC.
 |
I think you might be better off trying to trade Charles. I think his TD's could be limited this year because the Chiefs will likely opt to give goal line carries to Thomas Jones. So unless Charles is breaking off a long run (which he can do), I think the bulk of the TD's will be going to Thomas Jones.

 Spin:
Welker will be out there in the Patriots' opener, but note that getting all of his burst and explosiveness back could take awhile. Assuming his snaps aren't limited though, he still figures to see his share of targets. Either way, Welker's run-after-the-catch results will be under heavy scrutiny Sunday.

I would stick to Ryan Matthews, Brown will probably split carries with Williams, and no guarantee on how many carries LT gets.

Matthews is the top dog in SD, and going against the chargers is a pretty favourable matchup

yeah thats what i went with...my only concern is how many carries Matthews gets as SD is going to be pass happy tomorrow I think....though he is also capable of receiving out of the backfield from most reports.

LT is out simply because of who the jets play. Ronnie Brown, even splitting carries, will get action though because of the wildcat stuff and Miami wont be as pass heavy as other teams.

Goin with the rook...will see if it was a mistake or not.

I took Peterson first overall over Johnson in the CP Group A league.
I am already starting to regret this decision.

I think I'm about to win in the CP B League even though my opponent had Arian Foster.

I had a great start to my fantasy season. I'm winning by 15 points with Rivers, Boldin, my kicker and a DB left to play. My DB also returns punts which count in my league. My opponent only has two players to go tonight.
Even though I didn't keep Hakeem Nicks, I ended up drafting him. Three TD's yesterday.

So my QB tandem is Kevin Kolb/Alex Smith.
Yeah, that isn't going to work.

I also have Ryan Grant who sprained his ankle yesterday. Calvin "change the damn rule" Johnson was my best WR.

My Defensive guys (IDP league) are the only ones carrying my team.

I'm in pretty good shape in my money league where I'm up 35 points and have Gates and Malcolm Floyd going for me tonight against the Chiefs defence. My opponent is down to Shonn Green and his Ravens defence. So hopefully those two going head to head will neutralize each other and I'll be set before the second game even starts.
In my other league though, my team was even worse than advertised...I've lost by 62 points and I think this guy still has Baltimores defence and Nate Kaeding still to play. I doubt that team will manage more than 75 points all year.

Well I still have a shot in my money league tonight. I have Malcolm Floyd, Jamaal Charles, Ryan Mathews, and the San Diego D, but I'm down 44 points. The funniest thing about my league is that the guy who picked Rex Grossman and who also took Nate Kaeding 7th overall in our draft scored the most points this week (142), and that was with him having Foster on the bench.

Adjust your fantasy teams if you have Ryan Grant. Jay Glazer is reporting that he is done for the year.

I can't believe I'm 1-0 in the B league after my worst draft ever, and 0-1 in a league with my buddies where I had what I felt was my best draft ever. Apparently I don't know what I'm doing..

Well for week 2, I dropped my New York Giants defence...no sense starting anyone against the Colts. I'd hate to bench Chris Johnson, but Jerome Harrison going against the Chiefs vs. CJ2K against the Steelers has me thinking.

So I'm pretty thin at QB right now. My options are Kolb and Ryan. My RBs are CJ2K, Charles and Ryan Mathews. I'm waiting on a waiver to come through and I should be picking up either Brandon Jackson, Darren McFadden, or both. A guy in my league has offered me Eli Manning for Charles; should I take it?
