i will try to get out there for 3:00 and help Aeneas set up. will have tarps and ropes and stuff for rain. anything else?

I will be there again for 3:30 ish. Do you all really think we need someone to go in the morning to reserve the sites? If yes I will go and do my best.

Can you put in a call to on decjee what the deal is out there for camping? i would think we should be ok if we are out there for 3:00

What about our own beer? Is that going to be cool?

If I recall accurately there were not that many camping last year. Remember those teams at the diamonds all muddy? I laughed at them. Oh well.

Just for the record my gf and I won't likely make it there until after 6PM as we both work tomorrow. Will try to get out as quickly as possible.

1. 154 sites, 18 teams, at least one team at river bend. Should be okay

2. Should be okay trying to call now.

3. Think is better but not 100% sure. We were also muddy so not much difference. Two of my tarps are old and if needed we can create a ''floor''.

Cowboy we should be okay for the first half. I will be calling everyone tomorrow so that I can have a line up ready.

4X4 do you have any 2x2's handy? we can put them in the topper holes in the beds of our trucks for tying tarps to. 4 would do i think. if not i will pick up a few on my way out

Alright, I went out to On Deck to find out about the camping, and here is what found out:

$20 per person for the weekend. No one can enter the campground unless they pay the $20 and get a braclet for the weekend. Here that, 4x4, you get a braclet!

Outside alcohol is allowed in the campground, just not in the park where the ball fields are

There is 150 ish sites, and I was told it has never even been close to full.

But the ground is wet out there. Nothing I don't think some good sun could fix, but if it rains some more, it's going to be sloppy.

If you want to drink at the campsite, yes. If your caught without a braclet, you have to pay $40. I don't know how they'd enforce that, but that's what I was told.

I don't *have* 2x2s, but if necessary, I can go cut some.

Wood. I'm bringing what my truck will carry. It's a Tacoma. Is that enough? Anyone else with a pickup want to meet me in Marda Loop and fill their truck? It's free, and it's alright wood. Cut early this season. Some hardwood, mostly softwood.

I have two big tarps and a couple of awkwardly proportioned tarps.

My day has gotten very busy, will still try to be there 1500-1530.
Had planned to pack last night, but got dragged into the first monthy street poker tourney.
On the other hand ... I won a bit of money for 2nd place.
