Have a safe drive home. Roads are turning to ice again. Almost got transgressed by an Odyssey at lunch.

^ Frig, even on XL103 the abnoxious DJ was taking emails about screw the bridge, pave the streets and reading them on the air.
This city council is so crooked...

Well I was on blackfoot, glenmore, and out on the highways east of the city and I found the city in much worse shape then the highways..go figure of course. Little nervous about the morning though if the snow packs in.

It will be a long one for most of you guys i'm guessing. I beat the rush, but it was getting worse out tehre by the minute.
Roads are SLICK. Like really slick. Be careful and slow down. Even with my Nokian winter tires, I found the roads to be pretty bad.

^ It's actually slicker in many places. Unlike 2 Friday's ago, my studly snows had trouble getting off the stop line in a few places. My wife just phoned to let me know she was almost involved in a transgression. (This after I advised her to take a different route home and she came that way anyway!) I'm not sure if there are any excuses for the City this time, it was already starting to slick up at lunch time. If the major hills aren't sanded, I'm totally going to do a face palm.

As I was heading home from work today around 3:30ish, I did a half a circle just slowing down for a yellow light on the Shaganappi hill near the Hampitons Co-op, and I was going no higher than 30 too.
It was a good thing the cars behind me were going just as slow as I was and wasn't even close to where I was, eitherwise I'd have hit them.
