Default Tom Cruise Babbles like a Narcissistic Maniac about Scientology

Holy crap.

"We are the authorities on getting people off drugs. We are the authorities on improving the mind. We are the authorities on the mind. We are the authorities on improving conditions. (...) We can rehabilite criminals. (...) We can bring peace."

That had to be one of the longest, most self-absorbed rambles I've ever heard.

Here's a Scientology Glossary in case you want to look up any of his acronyms:

I'm not sure I see much of a difference between Cruise or between the babble of anyone who is serious about another religion. Consider posts #19 and #44 in this thread.

Not much of a difference to me.

What was that taken from? At the end there it was like the whole thing had been a preamble for some sort of award show lifetime achievement award.

Somebody 'll probably get sued for it showing up on Youtube.

Everytime he started laughing like a maniac I leaned away from my screen thinking his head was going to explode.

Scary stuff. I feel for Katie Holmes...

His babbling is just barely more coherent than most of the blithering by L Ron Hubbard. There is something about Scientologists and their complete lack of ability to come even close to the ball park of sense.

That seemed like a promo for scientologists. Clearly it wasn't for the general public. I suppose it makes alot more sense to them. I wish it had more context to it. Though it seemed like it was almost the same question answered almost the same way, over and over.
Clearly he believes what he is saying.

It looks like a propaganda video for other Scientologists.

I also like how they lie about their numbers. A billion people know about Scientology technology? (whatever that is) riiight.

given to an outside unbiased observer, i bet his ramblings wouldn't look anymore crazy than the ramblings of another cult leader, the Pope

in 2000 years, will Scientology be "the" religion, and Tom Cruise looked upon as God's (aka L Ron Hubbard) son and our lord and savior?

I tell ya, the next time Ihave a car accident, I really really hope that, like, the police and the paramedics don't show up, but that I get a bus load of Scientologists.

As an honest question, what does Tom Cruise actually do to help people?

I thought he made it pretty clear in the video... when he drives by an accident, he helps people. Either get in or get out. No spectators. They are the authority on improving conditions.

I dont know how clearer he can make himself.
