Default Celebrity Playlist Itunes

This was kind of fun to make up, check out Itunes Canada for my playlist and tell me if it sucks or not. So hard to decide.

Looks like a Warped Tour lineup. Some nice picks though. Definitely like the Elliott Smith, BR, and Minor Threat selections. Can't go wrong with Johnny Cash of course.

Great list 'toker, well personally I hate Rammstein, but you have Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphys and Johny Cash and thats what matters. The rest of the list rocks!!!

By the way Andrew, great work today at the mall, it's great to see you guys supporting the community and helping the kids.

Since I can't comment because I don't know if I've heard any of the songs besides the Johnny Cash one; and I need some work out music, I'm going to download your playlist now.

Good list, I have quite a few of the tracks already myself.
What exactly is this though? I don't have access to Itunes, did they just have you pick 14 tracks (average length of CD?)

Can't say I have heard all of those choices, but Flogging Molly and Dropkick Murphys are great picks!

They just give you 14 slots to fill, tough to pick just 14! Grabbed most of them from my old stash of music that I still wear out. What would you guys put down for your playlist?

just a quick question Andrew, is Iggy the only player that sings along to Ring of Fire, when it get's played near the end of games? I've seem him do it on TV a couple of times, and it really cracks me up for some reason.
Also, do players actually pay attention to things on the jumbotron. I know during the Canucks/Flames games they do that one piece, where they play 'dream on' by Aerosmith and show those silly Canuck characters chasing the cup. When I looked down at the Canucks bench, it seemed that they were all looking up at it.

Straight up techno.

And maybe some old Metallica, like Battery or something. But it would have to be a techno remix.

14 songs? How big do they think the average playlist is? That's what 80 GB Ipods are for!

Seriously though... hmmm. It would depend what I'm doing and if I'm going all time favorites or current favorites. Likely I'd mix both like I have now...

Tragically Hip, Red Hot Chili Peppers (likely from Blood Sugar Sex Majic,) Alanis Morisette, Christina Aguilara, Sarah McLaughlin, Weezer, Something Corporate... My tastes are varied.

One song that I totally miss hearing and I used to listen to before every game in the 04 Cup run was Bring Me to Life. I thought that was just about as perfect a selection as there coulda been for that run, because we the fans did bring the team to life. Got us pumped, and I hope it got you pumped.

Yeah thats a tough to fill the slots due to old favs vs new favs. He's my shot at it.

1. Le Disko - Shiny Toy Guns
2. New York Groove - Ace Frehely
3. Saw Red - Sublime
4. Gettin' Air - Chixdiggit
5. Malibu - Hole
6. Fake Plastic Trees (Acoustic Version) - Radiohead
7. Creeps Me Out - Ima Robot
8. Seasons - Chris Cornell
9. Cobrastyle - Teadybears
10. Beautiful - Joydrop
11. Sugarbuzz - Marvelous 3
12. Longview - Green Day
13. Tony the Beat - The Sounds
14. Fly Me to the Moon - Frank Sinatra

But then again I like all the songs on my iPod, yeah your right this is tough.

You got some great songs on there. Did you get a chance to see BR and Dropkick Murphy's when they played here in September? Probably not, because I think you had a pre-season game in Vancouver that night. It was a great show though.

Pennywise was here recently too. Good show, but the crowd was scary.

If I had to pick 14 songs....

1. the Pixies - River Euphrates
2. Anti-Flag - Die For the Government
3. Pennywise - ###### Authority
4. Bad Religion - Generator
5. Frank Black - Los Angeles
6. Anti-Flag - Underground Network
7. the Pixies - Gouge Away
8. Terezodu - Minority of One
9. Frank Black and the Catholics - Bullet
10. The Unseen - Scream Out
11. NoFX - Leaving Jesusland
12. Bad Religion - Part III
13. the Pixies - Number 13 Baby
14. Frank Black - Freedom Rock

I listen to the same bands over and over again...
