wouldn't work, I do interval training where I'll sprint up hills then do a light jog to recover, there is no way I can carry a camelback with how hard I run simply because it will make it too hard to sprint and throw me way off balance. Those little bottles at running stores won't work either because they fly every where (I have some but one is cracked because it flew on the road). It just really blows running to the top of Hawkwood and having to run back when I'm extremely dehydrated. I used to walk into the Hawkwood elementary school and drink from their fountains but its closed for summer.
