I needed some spare Cheese room this year so I know have nearly $4mm of Cheese space which is better than $900K. Sturm also is only $3mm to absorb this year and maybe he can have a solid year in Vancouver. Hopefully not.

I actually don't think that contract is that bad. $6M for a 65Ov player for one year is far from the worst deal in the league right now.
