Because it’s them or Audi or Williams.

Much better chance of Alpine figuring something out with good drivers than Williams.

I’d take Audi over Alpine.

It’ll be a year of pain for Sainz but I feel Audi can get it together.

Checo brings a ton of sponsorship money with him. Dude probably moves more Red Bull cans in Mexico and Central America than anyone else. And he seems to be content to be 2nd driver to Max. He may cost RB the constructors championship though.

If RB were interested in selling cans of Red Bull I would bet you that Zhou would do a far better job than Checo. Much rather see Lawson in the seat than Checo.

Plus I don't think RB wants to rock the boat too hard after losing Niewy this year. Less turbulence the better at this point. They're in a place right now where other teams still have to beat them before they have to start worrying about things.
