Yeah, the craft beer scene seems to still be about 70 per cent IPAs, with a few stouts, blonde ales, and sours jostling for the remainder. Still not seeing an uptake in malty English ales, and bitters are nowhere to be found (even my go-to Fuller's ESB isn't in stock often at my local beer store).
I figured IPAs would fade eventually and make room for other beers, but at this point I'm resigned to the idea that for a lot of craft beer drinkers, hoppy pale ales
are craft beer.
