Flames 1-way contracts that might end up on the Wranglers this year:
Forwards
Kirkland $0.9M

Defense
Bean $1.75M
Miromanov $1.25M
Solovyov $0.78M
* Kuznetsov $0.85M(starting next year)

Goalies
Prosvetov $0.95M
Cooley $0.78M

Then there are the AHL vets like Hunt making $400k, and Bishop $350k, making a bit more than the usual $80-150k.

Would there be a point where the owners try to limit the amount of spending on the AHL squad like Steinberg suggested? Or is it just the new reality of having multiple players on 1-way contract in the AHL for depth?
