He was a very confident guy who did his homework (although dunking on 18-21 year olds isnt exactly a high bar), but a lot of the conclusions he drew from the information available was nonsensical (not all, but a lot).
Deep conviction in a controversial opinion with a like-minded crowd applauding your 'smooth' performance doesnt equate to spitting facts. If you are someone interested in social dynamics, you'll notice that he is very good at leading and steering conversations to his liking, and he never falls into the frame of whoever he is debating (and most kids have pretty fragile confidence, making them easy prey). But like Trump he fabricated his own truths, pushing narratives that ignored relevant information, and using secular reasons for why his views are correct should rightfully draw skepticism.
Great performer who could sell young impressionable onlookers the impression of dominance. Even seemed like a pretty good guy, all things aside. But he wasn't a source of truth.
