I get it, the world can be frustrating, but we can only govern ourselves. It's one of the principles of stoic philosophy, and I think you might benefit from reading about it. Here's a link to The Discourses by Epictetus. It's a few bucks and some time out of your life, but I think you could benefit tremendously from this.
