He is 5 months younger than Kasper in his own organization. Kasper was producing in the NHL.

To me that is inconsequential.
The adjustment and transition to playing pro hockey is immensely difficult at that age whether you are a September birthdate or a March birthdate. Also keep in mind that the leading scorer in grand rapids had just 47 points.
Danielsson had a great year, projects incredibly well, and would comfortably be a top three prospect here at the moment. He's a valuable piece, and likely isn't available anyhow. Fans should be thrilled if Andersson was able to bring back a player of that level. That's all I am saying.
