I find most Alberta/BC ciders too sweet, from what I’ve tried. Any recommendations? (this is now the beer and cider thread).

I know of plenty I like from California/Oregon/Washington but for whatever reason I don’t find it great here. Reminds me of IPA when it caught on here and it just came along much more slowly than it did in California.
