I'm going off what I remember Royale mentioned as what the initial asks were from both sides. Regardless of that, if Rasmus wants 8 years at 9M then ask LA if they are good with that.
As for the NMC, that wouldn't come into play until July 1, 2026. This season he still has a 6 team NTC list as far as I can tell.
