Kill count is a bad way to determine a bad guy. If Ukrainians would eventually kill more Russians, than the other way around, would it make them terrorists? USA killed way more Japanese than the other way around after Pearl Harbor.
Also, Hamas counts everyone as civilian. That 55K Palestinians killed in Gaza, they are not all "civilians", most of them are actually Hamas. They also count everyone under 18 as "children". The number of non-Hamas dead Palestinians is unknown.
For comparison, war on ISIS saw 83K+ ISIS members killed and also 12 thousands civilians. This is much more people, than ISIS itself has killed. I guess, this makes USA bigger terrorist.
