Well the report is out there, not from sources I would normally trust. But there is also no comment refutation, and it kind of squares with exactly who PP would be to me. While the fact that he is worth $25M may or may not be specifically true, I would almost be shocked at this point if it is not directionally true that he is worth in the range of low 8 figures.
If you're going to poke holes all over the other guys financial background, think it's also fair to dig into how a guy who has seemingly had a low 6 figure income since he was 24 accrued that much wealth. Portion of it seems to be rental properties.
