The lady at the counter said that this woman goes to Timmy's every morning and always buys whatever the car behind her orders, no matter what. I expressed my gratitude and asked she be thanked for me.
I drove away, and it easily made my day.

That's called "Pay it Forward"...sort of an opposite of "payback"...the reasoning behind it is that sometime you go to Timmies and will Pay it Forward, and then it will happen to someone else & they'll do it to someone else too.
