Unfortunately, the stats aren't set up to allow you to do that easily.
Fortunately, ENGs tend to be pretty randomly distributed among teams that lose games. Which means they tend to slightly increase the positive goal differentials of good teams and the negative goal differentials of bad teams, without really affecting the rankings.
