Outside of the top 10 in the NHL, there have hardly been any impactful players that have been drafted into the NHL in the last 15 years from the QMJHL.
If this is not a fact then disprove it.

What a dumb thing to argue... according to
this, there were 4.7 players per QMJHL team (85 players from 18 teams), 5.5 players per WHL team (121 players from 22 teams) and 9.95 players per OHL team (199 players from 20 teams) who were on opening night rosters to start the 2022/23 season.
Those 405 players made up nearly 60% of opening night rosters.
By your sound logic, NHL scouts should ignore the WHL too since it produces roughly half as many NHLers per team as the OHL and just slightly more than the QMJHL... and while you're at it, might as well just ignore every other league in the entire world since the OHL produces so many more players per team.
