WFH has also irreversibly damaged work efficiency, and most "traditional office" companies doing it are doing far worse than they would be otherwise.
People with kids get to spend way more time with their kids. That's great! For everyone except their co-workers who need them.
I figure you're right. Sooner or later any company of size that used to be "onsite" is going to be back to being onsite because of people who couldn't be pros about it.

Hasn't WFH also improved the quality of life for workers because they're just working less? For example, in fotzes, the guy is golfing three days a week and working from home. Of course, he loves working from home because that's not really work.
