Sure. Been there, done that. If women peeing was sucha big concern, they wouldn't be urinals, no? Why would the city waste it's money on something that won't even solve the problem? I've NEVER seen a female pee on the street/alley/sidewalk in the 8 years I've lived in this city. I have however seen men peeing right on TD Square a number of times... in the middle of the day. When the public washrooms are still open.
