I never called him an outsider, I said the further outside a candidate is, the more they’ll struggle to play offence. Do you believe Carney, who is not an elected official, not a member of cabinet, and never has been, is further outside the Liberal party than Freeland, who is an elected member of the Liberal party and former part of cabinet?
