That would be easy.
I think the Feds can rely on the fact that, while Alberta Oil production is it's jurisdiction, the trade of that production over international borders is a fed issue.
Constitutional crisis that is an easy win for the Feds.
She is just like Trump. All bluster; doesnt mind wasting our tax dollars on crappy legal arguments, while trying to lick the boots of her own personal freedom hero.
It's amazing that we had hundreds of hours of her thoughts on recorded via radio and people still thought she was a good person to lead this provine.
