Step one would be some sort of government funding for it, it's pretty pathetic as is. If you aren't fortunate enough to have a good company plan, it's completely unaffordable, and that's fro the people who probably need it most.
Not that we should expect it from our current gang of paste eating elected officials, who imagine mental health treatment can be had by the dude raping your children if you confess hard enough to them. Just pray some more, god will take care of you.
