I mean, the eau claire condo owners didn't want to sell either and the city made them. I wonder what type of property rights they even have over a plus 15. I doubt it's deeded real estate - and even if it is eminent domain would be an option. They also might like having a train station adjacent to their mall for commuter traffic.
