Omitting the obvious differences between the two isn't exactly a great rebuttal.
Zary is much younger, coming into his own and not an upcoming UFA. Oh and is going to be a top 9 center long term for this team .
Signing Zary long term for under 8 is an investment and has no bearing on Kuzmenkos future with the Flames.
