I'm starting to believe its just his strategy to encourage cheating/election fraud by his own side. The more he succeeds in making useful idiot republicans believe the election is being stolen by the democrats, the more likely they will be to take even more drastic steps (more so than Jan 6th). They are already setting fire to ballot boxes, threatening 60 year old ladies at voting sites with machetes, etc. In 2020 Pence and the Georgia secretary of state wouldn't cheat for him, I guess he's hoping its different this time.
