I don't base my concerns over the rhetoric on either side. I look past the empty promises during campaigns and I look to the character of the individuals who are running.

Do I believe that Trump will do everything in his power to be vindictive and punish those that he has conflict with? Yes. What do I have as evidence. His entire history as a person on this planet. He even does this to his own party, which is why everyone has to bend the knee and become a sycophant to survive under his regime. Look up a few posts to the JD Vance clip where he can't even address the question of Trump losing the election. That's pure fear of retribution on display.

It's bothersome to me that people still don't perceive Trump as a real danger. He's only given us evidence of it time and time again. This is not the status quo. This is not normal politics. This is not the "binders of women" fake controversy that happened with Mitt Romney.

Trump is a real and present threat to American democracy. What do I have as evidence? January 6th.

But if she doesn't do it for you, maybe I can give you someone else that you might enjoy more...

Yes, President Bush misunderestimated his strategery on the delivery of that joke. Same thing with the President Obama breathalyzer, inhalator, and 57 states and all that. Again, it's like a sports game where each fan base can't wait to say, "See? See? So-and-so is laughable!" They are human beings and will mess up. I wouldn't ever want that job.

I can see good and bad things about both the ACA and the tax cuts. I don't think either of them meant harm to the country.

Whether Trump wins or loses, we will be right back to this in 2028 with someone meaner and more scary than him. Maybe even your book banning bathroom bill governor.
