Went for lunch down by Oppenheimer Park yesterday. Oh man, what a state. One thing that I don't think I have ever noticed before was how badly swollen their extremities are. Young people that do not appear to be over weight (opposite) have lower legs akin to the elephant man. One guys lower legs were bigger than his thighs by a large margin. I assume this has to do with heart, circulatory issues due to the drugs but don't really know. Their were a number of people like that.
It is such a sad state down there.
