He may not say it, but I think this the approach he wanted all along. I think he has a vision of the type of team and player he wants. All the talk about the skill level being at a level not seen before at development camp leads me to believe he is going to build what he said he wants a fast and skilled team.

Agreed. Conroy deserves credit for the execution of the tear down to date. No argument here. Could have done several things differently but at the end of the day, probably splitting hairs.
