It's all instrumental, in the vein of "The In Sound From Way Out," and while it meanders through a bunch of different genres, including soul/breaks, electro, punk, and hip hop, it sounds unmistakably Beastie.
One of a number of really good recent hip hop LPs, including:
Talib Kweli - Eardrum
Blue Scholars - Bayani
Marco Polo - Port Authority
Royce Da 5-9 - The Bar Exam
Also, Common and Kanye are leaking singles from their upcoming albums, and everything I've heard so far is fire. The second track on the new Kanye mixtape, "Stronger," samples the Daft Puck track "Better, Faster, Stronger" (or whatever it's called) and is bananas.

Has it already leaked? Crap, I have to find it now.
