Adding to my post as I didn't realize Reinhart was UFA. Tkachuk is signed for 4 more years. Reinhart is the better player IMO but being a UFA vs having 4 years left is huge. I think Ottawa because of the unknown says no. If they were both signed long term, Florida would say no.
