I don't see the problem. His offenses were top half of the league with Arizona. This probably signals that they are looking to draft a mobile QB.

Lewis has been with the Raiders since Pierce got the interim gig. AP was kind of fast tracked to a head coach job and leaned on Lewis and Coughlin for guidance. He's basically an advisor.
