It's the deals where are warning flags (like Neal) that you can proudly say you saw it coming, but otherwise, it's hall just hindsight quarterbacking.
Hindsight is for casual observers and fans. Professional team is supposed to know what they are doing. For example they should have known what kind of a player Huberdeau was and how he would fit into their team. They don’t get an easy pass when it doesn’t work by claiming he was a 115pt scorer and everyone liked the deal.
