Too bad the world isn't getting any less tech-dependent to help with that. I wake up pain free but it accumulates over the day and sucks by the end of the day. I play it off as 'big brain issues' to make light of the situation when people see me wincing. Might have to seek out Chiro for the first time in my life for that.
Everything else is near optimum though. I think I'm still as fast and agile as ever. I'd imagine it helps to have had no bone breaks and only a small amount or contact sports played as well as staying regularly active.

No, you don't. Look up some neck exercises and do some stretching through the day. Any real doctor worth their salt will tell you under no circumstances should you let a chiro manipulate your neck. My kinesiologist gave me some neck exercises. They are actually trained for this stuff...
