I don’t know the complete protocols of verbally saying something sexual vs something physical like a butt slap but given Chicago’s track record and eyes on them I’d likely think if it was anything if the second nature, law enforcement would be brought in to investigate. Agree that someone verbally says something police wouldn’t be called but if something like unwanted touching Chicago is likely crossing their t’s and dotting their I’s and making sure someone like law enforcement is involved. If it’s just inappropriate touching for the workplace and it’s consensual I can’t imagine they’d be able to get out from his contract.
