One of the things about Garland is the Canucks have zero interest in trading him with any sweetners. Garland won't move out with a 1st. Garland won't move out with any retained salary. The Canucks start means they have no reason to. They are winning games, they are cap compliant. They may look at a Garland for Tanev 1 for 1 since it adds to something the team needs.
